Steps to take before submitting a ticket for IT support:

If you have completed these steps, and have not fixed the problem, submit a ticket for IT support.

• My program froze while opening or working on a file
  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the Task Manager, and click End Task
  2. Open the program and file again
  3. If it still freezes, restart the computer and try again
• My printer displays an error
  1. Check for paper jams
  2. Make sure there is paper is the tray and it is loaded properly
  3. Restart the printer
• My computer sends information to the printer, but it won't print
  1. Cancel any active print jobs in the print queue
  2. Shut down the printer
  3. Restart the printer and your computer
