Steps to take before submitting a ticket for IT support:
If you have completed these steps, and have not fixed the problem, submit a ticket for IT support.
• My program froze while opening or working on a file
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the Task Manager, and click End Task
- Open the program and file again
- If it still freezes, restart the computer and try again
• My printer displays an error
- Check for paper jams
- Make sure there is paper is the tray and it is loaded properly
- Restart the printer
• My computer sends information to the printer, but it won't print
- Cancel any active print jobs in the print queue
- Shut down the printer
- Restart the printer and your computer
